I was born in a small town in the Czech Republic, right in the heart of Europe. From a young age, I was deeply connected to music—playing instruments, singing, and writing songs. I wasn’t a particularly active child, mostly because I believed I just wasn’t "good at it." I hadn’t even heard of yoga until university, when I stumbled into a class that quietly opened the door to a whole new world — though I didn’t know it yet. 😊

At 17, my dream of traveling the world began to unfold. From Ireland to the UK, and eventually to India—a country that completely captivated me. Even after six years of calling it home, it's still difficult to put into words what India means to me.

What started as a fun way to move became a way of life. When I moved to India in 2019, I became a dedicated yoga practitioner and later enrolled in a teacher training course at Siddhi Yoga School in Rishikesh. I never planned on becoming a teacher—and if you’d told me then where I’d be today, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

Everything shifted during our teaching exams. I found myself completely in my element. Holding space on the mat with others filled me with gratitude and a deep sense of purpose.

Since then, I’ve been certified in restorative, kids, chair, and prenatal yoga. I’ve taught over 1,000 hours in both private and group sessions, and even organized a yoga camp in Chennai to raise funds for the care and sterilization of street dogs.

Lately, I’ve been exploring Bhakti Yoga through chanting and harmonium, and I love sharing this practice with my students — both online and in the studio.

For me, yoga is no longer just a form of movement. It's a way of life. I practice yoga every day—on and off the mat. My passion is to share authentic, heart-led yoga with others, and I can’t wait to meet you on the mat.
