I was born in a small town in the Czech Republic, in the heart of Europe. Since childhood, I was very much into music, playing instruments, singing, and writing songs. I was never a very active kid, just because I believed I wasn't good at it. I never even heard of yoga up until university, where I attended a yoga class that opened a whole new world for me - but at the time, I didn't know it just yet :-)

I always wanted to travel the world and when I was 17, my journey began. From Ireland to the UK I eventually made it to India which completely charmed me by what is still today, after 5 years of calling the place home, hard to describe.

Needless to say, what first began as a fun way to move, became the way of life for me. When I moved to India in 2019, I became a committed yoga practitioner and eventually decided to enroll in teacher training at the Siddhi Yoga School in Rishikesh to learn more about yoga. I never planned to teach and if you told me then where I would be now, I would probably never believed you. It all changed during my exams, where I discovered that I was completely in my element. Sharing the sacred space on the yoga mat with others brought me so much gratitude and purpose.

Since then I have been certified in restorative, kids, and chair yoga. I taught 1000+ hours in private and group sessions and organized a yoga camp to raise funds to care for and sterilize street dogs in Chennai. Animal welfare is another passion of mine and caring & I belive that advocating for stray dogs and helping living beings in need is my Dharma.

Yoga has become more than a movement, but a way of life. I can now say that I practice yoga every day - on and off the yoga mat and it's my greatest joy to share this practice with my students as well. I can't wait to meet you on the mat.
